We used cacao beans from Honduras to craft this 87% chocolate. It reveals floral and lightly praline-like notes, supported by a delicate and harmonious cacao bitterness.

These cacao beans come from the region of Copán in western Honduras, a land of verdant hills where cacao cultivation has long been part of the landscape and the expertise of local producers.
