While Thai grown cacao is completely unknown, even among Thai people, this is a cacao from the province of Chanthaburi in east Thailand, and it is fantastic. This cacao beautifully echoes of the cornucopia of remarkable Thai fruits and produced this lovely chocolate that expresses notes of oranges…. We strongly suspect this chocolate is exactly what a Thai sunrise would feel like inside your mouth, bright and blissful.
