Information about our shipping options:

Shipping within Canada:

We now offer $20 flat rate shipping within Canada!
Orders will be shipped via UPS or other private courier — with the exception of PO Boxes or rural and remote addresses where courier shipping is not feasible, in which case we will use Canada Post.

This $20 flat rate will be automatically applied at checkout to any orders shipping to a Canadian address.

International customers excluding the USA:

Due to the wide range in international shipping rates, we are not able to offer one single flat rate for shipping to addresses outside of Canada & the US; instead, a number of options from Canada Post will be calculated for you at checkout.

We may also be able to get you a better rate from a private courier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.), but we have to look those up on our back-end. If a private courier has a significantly better rate than the Canada Post rate you paid, we will contact you to ask if you'd prefer to switch!

US customers:

This is a work in progress! There are many more steps (and tariff codes) than there were before the US Government increased tariffs on Canadian goods and eliminated the $800 de minimus.

We believe our pottery to be CUSMA-compliant and not subject to the new tariffs.

We are currently offering $35CAD flat-rate shipping to the United States as our solution to shifting tariff legislation. In our experience, this amount covers most possibilities of shipping to the United States. If our costs end up deviating significantly from this, we will need to contact you in order to proceed.

Please be sure to include both your email and phone number when filling out your order as we will need it for paperwork.

Additionally, food items being shipped to the United States may be subject to additional regulations that we are not currently prepared to ensure we can conform to, so we will not be able to ship any chocolate, liquorice, etc. to the US at present.

Please also note that while in the past we have been able to combine multiple purchases shipping to the US into one package, we can no longer accommodate this because of how it complicates the customs declaration.
We can now accommodate combined shipping again!
