Information about our shipping options during the Canada Post strike:

Through our host website Shopify, we get good shipping rates through UPS as well as through Canada Post. Here's what you need to know about choosing UPS:

• Only Canada Post options appear at the customer checkout — however when we fulfill the order we have a greater list of options including various rates for UPS. This means that you will have to choose Canada Post at checkout, and then we will contact you to give you the UPS shipping options for your order.
• Our UPS rates are generally equivalent to Canada Post. They may actually be less for urban areas — for some rural areas they may be more expensive.
• If the shipping comes out to be more expensive than anticipated, you can simply ask us to cancel and refund your order.
• The UPS rates we get are for within Canada. International shipping options (including the US) are also available but may require more individual solutions.

We hope the strike ends quickly, nobody wants to be on the picket line leading up to Christmas, but our advice, if you have gifts to ship, is to do it sooner rather than later.
