Information about our shipping options:

Shipping within Canada:

We now offer $20 flat rate shipping within Canada!
Orders will be shipped via UPS or other private courier — with the exception of PO Boxes or rural and remote addresses where courier shipping is not feasible, in which case we will use Canada Post.

This $20 flat rate will be automatically applied at checkout to any orders shipping to a Canadian address.

International customers excluding the USA:

Due to the wide range in international shipping rates, we are not able to offer one single flat rate for shipping to addresses outside of Canada & the US; instead, a number of options from Canada Post will be calculated for you at checkout.

We do also have access to private couriers (i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.), but we have to look those up on our back-end. If we see that a private courier seems like a better option for an order you placed, we will let you know.
Similarly, if there is no Canada Post option for your country, there may be one with one of these couriers, so don't hesitate to ask!

US customers:

Update 2026-08-18: Shipping to the United States is temporarily paused as our leaders negotiate trade between our countries.
We will resume US shipping once things settle down a bit.
