Black Jaguar Chocolate
Black Jaguar in an up-and-coming chocolate maker from Vancouver Island. They spent years traveling in the cacao-growing countries of the Americas and fell in love with cacao from Nicaragua. They now offer bars with cacao from Nicaragua and Mexico, as well as one heirloom cacao bar from Bolivia.
Many of their bars incorporate wild-harvested ingredients from Vancouver Island such as huckleberries, sea salt, and sitka spruce.
