Dawn Candy is a visual artist living and working in Red Deer, Alberta.

Inspired by folklore, mythology and contemporary imaginative storytelling, where the ordinary can so quickly become extraordinary, I make pottery that I hope can conjure opportunities in the user for reverie or even a hushed sense of emergent possibility, as they incorporate my pieces into their day.
