Situated in the fertile region of San Martín, Pérou, a group of 250 producers from the community of Quechua Lamista de San José de Sisa are cultivating aromatic cacao. Reflecting the terroir typical of the mountains, this 72% chocolate has a vivid citrus flavour. In harmony, the bee pollen brings nuances of florals and a soft aroma.
