This bowl has beach sand — from the Salmon Cove Sands, Newfoundland — swirled into the porcelain clay. It has been glazed on the inside with a clear glaze to showcase the sand. The rim is glazed with a beautiful blue crystalline.

Approximately 21 centimetres from rim to rim and about 7 centimetres tall.
