Rogue Wave Coffee

Rogue wave is based in Edmonton Alberta and aims to make specialty coffee more accessible.

They run a blog where they answer questions like how a gooseneck kettle helps you brew coffee or teaches you what each little piece of information on a bag of coffee is actually telling you. They have some top of the line Geishas and experimental fermentations, but don't stray away from the more accessible and easy to enjoy coffees like their Florencia Rodulfo. Part-owner Ply even participated in the 2021 brewers cup in Milan Italy.
