This bowl has beach sand — from the Lawn, Newfoundland — swirled into the porcelain clay. It has been glazed on the inside with a clear glaze to showcase the sand. On the rim it is glazed with a beautiful blue crystalline.

Approximately 17 centimetres from rim to rim, and about 5 centimetres tall.
