Showcasing the unique flavours of wild cacao from Peru, Cacaosuyo has been dubbed "chocolate for chocolate tasters".
Many of the Cacaosuyo bars in the collection were available to us in 25 gram minibars so we are able to offer a broad range of bars in this tasting flight.
Piura Milk Chocolate 50% Bar — 50% milk chocolate made with Peru's iconic white cacao from the Piura region. This bar is creamy and smooth, nutty and citrusy.
Rupa Rupa 100% Mini Bar — Rupa rupa refers to a selection of cacaos from the Peruvian jungle. This 100% bar is fragrant and intense. Surprisingly smooth and a little bit fruity.
Chuncho Cuzco 70% Mini Bar — “Chuncho” refers to many native cacao types found in the Cuzco region of Peru. This 70% bar is smokey but fruity at the same time, with citrus and stone fruit notes.
Cuzco 80% Mini Bar — This rich, nutty, and tropical bar showcases cacao from Cuzco, Peru. It is described as an 80% dark chocolate that is sweet!
Piura Select 70% Mini Bar — 70% dark chocolate made with Peru's iconic white cacao from the Piura region. This bar is flavourful and smooth, nutty and citrusy.
