The cocoa beans used in this bright, fruit-forward bar come from the remote Marañón River Canyons of Peru. Organically grown cocoa is harvested then transported by burro from remote farms to a fermentation facility dedicated to this crop.
Fresco methodically play with roast and conch of their bars - this bar has a medium roast, unlike the other Fresco Maranon 70% bar which we stock.
