This bowl has beach sand — from the Port au Port Peninsula, Newfoundland — swirled into the porcelain clay. It has been glazed on the inside with a clear glaze to showcase the sand. The rim is glazed with a beautiful blue crystalline.
Approximately 22 centimetres from rim to rim and about 7 centimetres tall.
