We roasted transparently sourced cacao beans and hazelnuts then ground them together with cane sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter and just a pinch of Sea Salt.
The result: A smooth and creamy bean to bar milk chocolate with a flavour profile that leads with chocolate and ends with a strong hazelnut taste.
