This bowl has beach sand — from the Sandy Point Beach, Lawn, Newfoundland — swirled into the porcelain clay. It has been glazed with a clear glaze to showcase the sand, with a beautiful white crystalline glaze on the rim.

Approximately 13 centimetres from rim to rim and about 6.5 centimetres tall.
